The Value Builder System™️

The full system comprises a three step process and is founded on eight primary drivers of a company's value.

Step one is the Value Builder Score, which is compiled from answers supplied by a business owner when completing an assessment that takes approximately thirteen minutes.

Step two is the Value Builder Assessment, which is a strategy session to understand the way in which the Value Builder Score has been derived and to outline how to improve the value of a business.

Step three is the Value Builder Engagement, which involves working collaboratively through a proven, twelve module process to derive actions designed to improve a business' value.
